Castors: Hard-wheeled castors are not recommended on hard floors, or firm chair mats. In these situations soft-wheeled castors should be specified.

Veneer/lacquer: Use a non-abrasive spray-and-wipe. Cleaning agents must NOT contain any petroleum or alcohol based solvents. Do not use excessive force to remove stains. If you feel the need to polish the furniture use a beeswax or similar based product DO NOT use a product that contains silicone as it will preclude the chance to re-finish the surface should it need it in the future.

Glass: Refer to specialty label provided on product.

Metal: Use a wet sponge to prevent scratching where possible, or a mild detergent with a soft brush. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

Outdoor use: Ensure that your product has been treated for outdoor use. If so, regular cleaning as stated above is recommended to remove salt and general dirt deposits.
